This camp is a cool way to jumpstart your summer family vacation at the beach and use Camp Magruder as your vacation base in one of the rustic cabins or lodges. They offer plenty of organized camp activities including boating, sandcastle building, candle making, archery, donkey care, campfire fun, arts and crafts and more.  There is also time to visit local attractions including Tillamook Cheese Factory. Oregon: Latgawa, Shakespeare Camp for Families. Enjoy fun and fellowship at camp plus Ashland’s famous Shakespeare Festival. Attend Shakespeare plays while enjoying the beauty and comfort of Camp Latgawa. Each day a Shakespearean scholar will lead discussions to help you better understand how Shakespeare’s writings can enrich your spiritual life. Dr. Verne Underwood, chairperson of the Humanities Department at Rogue Community College offers insights on the plays. Van transportation is provided to and from each play from the camp.  We will also be offering childcare for children who will not be attending the play. YMCA Camp Seymour is the perfect spot for families to share time in the outdoors. Daily programs include a variety of staff-supervised activities for your family to choose from including canoeing, climbing wall, arts & crafts, court sports (basketball, volleyball, pickle-ball, and four-square), archery, family games, hiking, campfires and more!
