Here’s the scoop. It’s true the opportunity to see Dinosaurs Alive! will not last forever because the animatronic display travels from coast to coast however, for the summer it is possible to take your kids and step back up to 245 million years in time. Imagine that!
Dinosaurs Alive! The life-like exhibition showcases more than 60 life-sized dinosaurs some almost 30-feet high including 56 animatronic models in an impressive outdoor Jurassic forest setting.
Combining science and imagination. The multi-sensory and interactive dinosaur park brings inspiration, science and technology together so that visitors will hear the sounds and see the movements of animatronic dinosaurs made to replicate “real life”. The experience spans six main scenes and six thematic exhibits along a 4,000-foot long path spread throughout nearly 13 wooded acres. Throughout the Jurassic journey, visitors learn about what the dinosaurs ate, when and where they lived, how they protected themselves, and how they adapted to their prehistoric world.

Make it happen: Dinosaurs Alive! at Kings Island is open from 10:00 a.m. until dusk. The dinosaur park is not included with general park admission or a 2011 season pass. A separate admission ticket of just $5.00 is required for this major attraction.
